What we do
Let’s Connect’s technology scheme is a benefit provided by the employer, designed to make it easier for employees to access to the latest technology from leading manufacturers and spread the cost through their salary, either by a:
- Salary sacrifice arrangement, with employee National Insurance savings
- Net pay arrangement (simply spread the cost).
These schemes are a proven method of delivering valued employee benefits that not only align with core policies such as health and wellbeing, financial wellbeing and digital inclusion, but are also cost-neutral for the employer, with minimal administration.
The team have extensive experience in successfully implementing and delivering these benefits for over 15 years.
