Let’s Connect’s technology scheme is a benefit provided by the employer, designed to make it easier for employees to access to the latest technology from leading manufacturers and spread the cost through their salary, either by a:
- Salary sacrifice arrangement, with employee National Insurance savings
- Net pay arrangement (simply spread the cost).
